FIBREGLASS SKINS

We use premium fibreglass coils from Italian company Brianza Plastica, one of the leading European manufacturers of fibreglass sheet for the composite and construction industries. Brianza Plastica is committed to outstanding quality and technological advancement. The company’s research and development department conducts ongoing studies in the field of glass reinforced plastic (GRP) to make sure its clients stay at the forefront of innovation.

ELYCOLD® is a discontinuous hand-made fibreglass sheet manufactured at ambient temperature. This product consists of polyester resin and glass fibre reinforcement, resulting in perfectly flat, high-quality sheet with aesthetic appeal. The excellent dimensional stability of ELYCOLD® fibreglass sheet is guaranteed using fibreglass chopped strand mat, which can be combined with woven roving to further improve the mechanical properties of the laminate.

Brianza Plastica’s firm commitment to manufacturing high-quality products means that only the finest raw materials are used to produce ELYCOLD® fibreglass sheet. The ELYCOLD® gelcoat is made from highly elastic isophthalic resins, ensuring high resistance to yellowing, and impermeability to water vapour and condensation.

STYROFOAM RTM-X

Styrofoam™ RTM-X extruded polystyrene (XPS) thermal insulation is recommended as a core material in sandwich panels for the walls, floors, roofs and doors in campers and refrigerated vehicles.

Styrofoam™ RTM-X XPS rigid insulation has been specifically designed to withstand severe dynamic loads and stresses which may eventually lead to fatigue and failure. For sandwich panel cores, the lightweight, close tolerance, dust-free surface allows for excellent bonding to a wide variety of sheet materials.

Styrofoam™ RTM-X XPS insulation is manufactured through a continuous extrusion process, and as with all Styrofoam insulation products possess a rigid closed cell structure with unique properties such as low thermal conductivity, high resistance to water penetration and high compressive strength.

Styrofoam™ RTM-X XPS thermal insulation is produced in a range of thicknesses and is grooved on both facers. Styrofoam™ XPS insulation products are not biodegradable in the environment, and do not present an environmental hazard in the water/soil compartment.
